Ethereal Reef is a celebration of the hidden, living world beneath the waves: a playground where corals bloom, seaweed sings, and shells shelter tiny secret homes for creatures great and small. Soft, flowing hues of blush, aqua, and indigo mirror the gentle rhythm of the tides, inviting the viewer into a realm both mysterious and harmonious.  The soft, flowing shapes and organic patterns capture the essence and rhythm of the ocean, where everything is interconnected, shifting, and alive. I can get totally lost underwater while diving or snorkelling only looking at one tiny area of the reef and appreciating every tiny detail. I wanted this piece to feel like a deep breath underwater: calm, curious and full of quiet magic.

Washi tape is one of my (not-so-secret) obsessions. I love using it for my journals, decorating cards or gifts, as artistic joy on the inside of cabinets/cupboards, in my art practice or cut up into bits for stickers, paper binding, colourfully labelling my Tupperware, decorating my laptop, bookmarks, colour coding, framing photos, personalising just about anything so it’s more beautiful.
